Verse 1
भुजः किमुपधानतां किमु न कुंभीनि मञ्चतां
व्रजेत् वृजिनहारिणी स्वपदपातिनी मेदिनी
मुनेरपरसम्पदा किमिह मुक्तरागस्य त-
त्त्वमस्यधिगमादयं सकलभोग्यमत्यश्नुते ।

Transliteration
Bhujaḥ kimupadhānatāṃ kimu na kuṃbhīni mañcatāṃ
Vrajēt vṛjinahāriṇī svapadapātinī mēdinī
Munēraparasampadā kimiha muktarāgasya ta-
ttvamasyadhigamādayaṃ sakalabhōgyamatyaśnutē.

Meaning
For whom the folded arm
Serves as a comfortable pillow,
For whom the earth
Become his bedstead,
Whose footsteps make
The earth free of its sins,
For such a silent recluse (muni)
Of what real use is
Any other kind of wealth?
He really over-enjoys
The enjoyables of all kinds
Just by attaining the state
Of realizing, "That Thou Art."
